The Rock Global Properties is Ayo's practice. He is based in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and works with Nurel Group of Companies, the developer of Floral Homes in Lapta.
Ayo is an independent consultant. He is not employed by Nurel; he works on commission, introducing buyers to the developer's projects and handling each enquiry personally.
Most of the people he works with are overseas, in the UK, Nigeria and elsewhere, and are buying off-plan for holidays, retirement or rental income. They have usually not seen the property, so his role is to provide the facts needed to decide: room sizes, what is included in the price, which units are still available, and what the developer has and has not yet confirmed.
All correspondence is by WhatsApp, so every answer is in writing and can be referred back to.

Plans, prices and availability
Ayo provides floor plans, room sizes, current prices and current availability. Where a detail has not yet been confirmed by the developer, he says so.

Buying from abroad
Most of his clients have not visited before buying. He guides them through each step with the developer and remains their single point of contact throughout.
